In people who are on a diet and have blood type A, it is recommended to consume foods that are low but the high will karbohodrat.
Diet food for blood type A are: carrots, broccoli, spinach, carp, fish sardines, mushrooms, beans, peanuts, tofu, tempeh, soy milk, rice flour, olive oil, blueberries.

Foods that are neutral or no effect on blood type A diet that is:, corn, tapioca, wheat bread, pumpkin, duck eggs, chicken eggs, tuna sesame oil, quail eggs, beans, peas, cucumbers, red onion, grape, taro, cantaloupe, melons, pomegranates, dates, persimmon, guava, chicken, pears, cantaloupe.

Foods to avoid for blood type A were: meat (duck, rabbit, cow, lobster, crab, eel, squid, shrimp, frog), ice cream, cow’s milk, whole milk, cheese, tomatoes, potatoes, sweet potatoes, oranges, coconut milk, eggplant, honey, melon, papaya, melon, plantain, soda water.
